Cancellation by you

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your session: full refund of the amount paid, or a free reschedule.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before the session: you may reschedule once; refund is not guaranteed.
• No-show: the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel or cannot deliver the session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but the booking shows unpaid, or you were charged twice, write to us with your booking number and payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the amount.
